Welcome

A family lab to European standards

Our company specialises in aesthetic fixed and removable restorations whose quality and technical and technological standard comply with the norms of the European Union.

Our colleagues have professional qualifications of the highest degree. Our aim is a patient-focused system that complies with European standards and meets the highest requirements.

The company is a family business founded by our father in 1981. Through continuous development it became a member of IVC in 1992; it first operated as a limited partnership and has been a limited liability company since 2000. We do all we can to provide the best solutions for the patients of our partner dentists, and we keep our colleagues trained at professional courses in Hungary and abroad.

Let us smile together!

Technology

Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM in our own lab

Scanning, digital design and 5-axis milling under one roof: consistent quality and precision, to each dentist’s individual request.

Inside the Zirkonzahn M5 milling machine

M5 fully automatic milling system

  • System: Complete Zirkonzahn CAD/CAM system
  • Axes: 5-axis milling with 0.005 mm precision
  • Milling heads: 5, including 2 high-speed heads for feldspar ceramics
  • Range: From single crowns to 14-unit bridges, inlays and onlays
  • Undercuts: Even extreme undercuts are no problem
The Zirkonzahn S600 optical scanner

S600 optical scanner

  • Principle: Optical stripe-light scanner
  • Accuracy: 10 µm
  • Movement: The model rotates 360° and tilts up to 100°, so every surface can be scanned
  • Bite: Antagonist and articulation can be scanned

Zirkonzahn Milling System since 2005

We have been using the Milling System since 2005 and have made more than 7,000 zirconia units. The zirconia is yttrium-stabilised and pre-sintered, with a strength of 1,200 MPa, a precise marginal fit and natural translucency. Frameworks are coloured to the VITA shade, not white, and veneered with Zirkonzahn ICE porcelain in classic VITA shades.

Speciality: a heavily discoloured dentition

Because of the strongly purple tone of the teeth, we used the advantages of a coloured framework: we stained it with the pink dipping liquid used under Zirkonzahn gingiva porcelain and veneered it with C3 and C4 porcelain. For comparison, an A3 zirconia bridge is shown next to the finished restoration.
